1. Summary
No accounts. No servers holding your data. No analytics, advertising, cookies or trackers. No purchases. Everything you create in Estrelar is stored locally on your device and can be exported or erased by you at any time.
Estrelar is a private sports-analyst notebook. It is not a betting product: it has no odds, stakes or money and does not connect to any gambling service.
2. What we collect
Nothing. The Estrelar team does not receive, collect or process any personal data from the app or from this website. We do not operate a backend that stores user content, and we have no way to see your reads, notes, results or settings.
The app does not use device identifiers, advertising IDs, fingerprinting, crash reporting services, analytics SDKs or third-party marketing tools.
3. Data stored on your device
To work, the app keeps the following in local storage on your device:

This data never leaves your device unless you export it yourself. It is not encrypted by the app, so anyone with access to your unlocked device could view it. Deleting the app also deletes it.
Recommendations such as “You are over-confident above 80 %” are calculated locally on your device.
4. Export and delete
Export
In Settings → Your data → Export JSON you can save a complete copy of your notebook as a JSON file. The file is created on your device; it is not uploaded anywhere.
Delete
In Settings → Your data → Erase all data you can permanently wipe all Estrelar data from this device. Deleting the app removes it as well. Because we hold no copy, deleted data cannot be recovered by us.
5. External services
Estrelar works fully offline. Two optional features contact public third-party services, and only when you explicitly tap them. Requests have a timeout and the app shows an offline fallback if they fail. No API keys, secrets, identifiers or personal data are included.

As with any web request, these providers can see your IP address and standard request headers (such as user agent). Their handling of this information is governed by their own privacy policies. Estrelar never sends them your reads, notes, results, preferences or any identifier.
6. This website
This marketing site is a static page. It uses no cookies, no analytics, no fonts or scripts from third-party servers, and makes no external requests. Your hosting provider may keep standard server logs as part of normal operation.
7. Children
Estrelar is intended for adults interested in sports analytics. It contains no gambling and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone — including children — because it collects no data at all. If a child uses the app, all content remains on their device just as described above.
8. Your rights
Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side. You remain in full control of the data on your device through the export and reset functions above. If you have questions about data protection rights under laws such as the GDPR, contact us and we will gladly help.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how Estrelar handles data, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. Material changes — for example, any new online feature — will also be described in the app before they take effect.
